How to update from MR2 1.66.605.2?

Over a year ago I updated my Thunderbolt with MR2 1.66.605.2 (Android ver. 2.2.1) because I was getting constant reboots and there wasn't an OTA update in sight.  BUT, since then, I have never gotten any OTA update notifications and it doesn't find updates when I check for new ones.  It's about time I update my phone, so how would I go about this?  I'm having a hard time finding download links for firmware to update to.  Under software status, the only information listed is...
