sending pix from my phone to an email

i used to be able to send pictures from my phone to an email but i got a text saying something about if i dont login into some pix thing i couldnt use it any more well i thought nothing of it and now i cant send pictures to emails ? what do i do

You will need to register at the pics website so that you can e-mail pics again.

i tried it and i'm still not getting anything i dont even know if i'm doing it right and more detailed tips?

k i tried sending it and it says no service try again later and then i get a text saying your message cannot be delivered. the destination you are attempting to send a message to has been blocked by the account owner? please help me
