how do u remove call restrict
What type of call restrictions? If it is parental controls and you are not the parent, then you can't. The account owner can log in and manage the parental controls for all the lines.
If this isn't what you mean, please post back and clarify what restrictions you mean.

SuzyQ thanks for the response. I just wanted to provide additional information. Yolie if you are trying to remove call restrict from your phone I have provided the instructions below:
1. From the main screen, touch menu tab
2. Touch Settings
3. Touch Location & Security
4. Touch Set up restriction lock
5. Touch Manage restriction lock
6. Enter Password, tap OK
