I have never heard of Verizon eCenter. What is it?

Verizon eCenter is related to the fiber optic side of the Verizon company.

I need to change my screen name in the Verizon Wireless Support Forums (not
Residence.) I was told by a moderator that I need to contact eCenter to do that
- moderators cannot change it. I am 99% per cent sure that her info is
incorrect but all I can do is try - I need to get it changed. She finally gave
me their phone number(s.)
