hey all,just got an Incredible to replace a broken r800x and i'm looking for the gingerbread update but it tells me i'm up to date with 2.2. anyone else have this problem and how do i update with having to download and install through hbooot
mikey00123,Good afternoon! I'm sorry to learn your previous device broke. Where did you receive the HTC Incredible from? If you go back into Settings>About Phone, what is the kernel number under the software info? It doesn't fix anything it just makes it worse , be happy that the phone works
