Can I get text only plan?

I want to save money and I'm wondering the best way to keep my number and get cheap service. I don't use a lot of minutes, more text...what's the cheapest voice plan?

The cheapest voice plan is 450 mins. With unlimited text it would cost you 59.99 a month plus taxes of course. There is also a text only plan that you can select. But that would mean every minute would cost about 45 cents or something like that.
