this is a stock phone. I have a few apps and a number of photos, but that's it. any ideas on how to get the upgrade to work?
No idea, having same issue. Very annoying
Someone mentioned doing a hard reset, you can give that a try. I haven't tried that yet. Not sure if hard factory reset will wipe out all my apps, photos, contacts, etc.
A factory reset on the Galaxy Nexus will wipe out everything.
