How can i erase the "account summary" on my verizon picture & video messaging?

Hello, your help is appreciated.

Within my verizon, if you go to the "messaging" tab and click on "picture & video messaging", there is another tab called "account summary".

This account summary will show all the messages that you "sent", with phone number and/or email addresses. it will not show the content of the message, just that you did send something.

I need to erase this information, and do not know how.

Tech support said they will enter a trouble ticket, but am reaching out to this forum for a quicker answer.

I don't think there is a way that you can do that. Sorry.

I don't believe this can be done. It is there to show your usage so that's what it does. It will start over until the end of the month. Why would you want to reset this anyway?

This feature does not reset at the end of the month. I have a record going back a year or so. There are messages (email & phone #) in there that I want to permanently erase for personal and privacy reasons. Its amazing that Verizon does not let you clear your history.
