Upgrade to Software ruined my phone, email restarting and cant stop it

Email program crashes and restarts every few minutes. I close the program and it restarts itself. Was working fine unitl the V8 upgrade the other day. Now it just keeps restarting over and over making email useless and killing the battery.

What type of phone of phone are you using if android do a factory reset there are several ways to do this one being power off phone then press and hold POWER AND VOL UP at the same time then use arrow keys to perform an FR to your phone then retry up before setting up email (bypass all set up screens by pressing home button time you get to the home screen then do your update) afterwards set up your device .

For Iphone connect to Itunes and do an FR for there i dont really remember the options for that one but you can google it
