Zooming on a Razr XT912

I can't get my Razr XT912 to zoon the screen, like on web pages. It seems like it tries to zoom but then snaps back to original. I checked the resize and unchecked it but it still does this. Can someone tell me what I am missing? This phone does have the ability to zoom with pinch/spread of your fingers doesn't it?

If you're talking about browsing websites, it all depends. Some sites support it but if you are at the mobile version of a site (often with an "m" in the URL e.g., m.cbsnews.com) it will not support zooming because it's already sized for a mobile device.

You can try Dolphin Browser HD which, among other cool features, allows you to easily toggle between the mobile and full version of a site.

Hi Betty Welcome to the Post an you can get the Razr to Zoom in Just by Tapping lightly on the Screen: I usually try a place that doesn't have Adds or Something that will put a tracking Cookie on my Phone. As they can if you tap on them by accident ! An as you Asked you can by Zoom in Zoom out = by Taking your Fingers i use my Thumb & Finger nearest it..

An as Sally Suggested Dolphin HD is Good An Google Chrome i Heard is Good as Well.. b33 :smileyhappy:
