Do a Soft Reset And if this doesn't Work Go to Settings-->Applications-->Manage Applications--> Select Downloaded then scroll to the Play-Store Tap to go in Clear the Cache the Data then tap the Home Button Then find the Play-Store Widget Tap on You will to Except the Terms let it Do it's Thing it should Work if Not Let me Know..b33
Check and see if any other apps can connect because there appears to be a data outage lately because a number of users have had connecting issues recently (Including Me)..
Now that you mentioned this Wldman i have notice at Times my Razr takes a Wii bit more to Connect.. Hum!
