My download started but its been stuck on Customization Setup for 1 hr - when I try to unlock the screen it goes to the HTC white screen.
My intial download got hung up, too, at 0% for a couple hours. If you can, check for new software:
- Menu
-- Settings
--- Software update
---- Check new
That action popped up the window asking if I wanted to update.
Ms_Blingbling, never fear here is here! Were you able to download the software update on your device? Because this is such a large update it may take some time to fully download.
