How do you enter pauses in voice mail phone numbers so you don't have to enter pin numbers
Hi,
On your device, go to Options>Phone Options>Voice Mail. Under Access Number, type your number (area code and number) without any dashes...just the 10 digits. Then, under Password, press the Menu key and select Add pause, then type your voice mail PIN number plus the # symbol after the PIN number. Press the Menu key and save. That should do it. From the homescreen, hold down the 1 and let it dial your voice mail.
