Picture messages failing to download

I have an EnV touch and every time I receive a picture message or a multimedia file my phone will not download the content it just reads,"Message receipt failed, would you like to retry?". I hit retry until it wont give me the option anymore and it still will not download. What should I do? Do I need to go to the Verizon store or is it a warranty issue?

It could be that picture messaging is not provisioned right on your account. For that you'd have to call customer care.

Is your data turned on because it will take data to be able to download.
