not getting ANYTHING

ok, is there a place to chek for outage alerts for teh network? i am not able to receive messages, send any, and no calls. my phone is not de-activated cause bill isnt due for a few more weeks. sort of frustrating. being deployed, its sort of my lifeline.

o.o You should call tech support immediately, if that is not available to you, you will need to email them. I have had problems with texts, but never calls.

will i ven be able to get a hold of anyone with me phone acting the way it is?

If you can't call them, you can always e-mail them. I have found that e-mailing always gives a better answer anyway. Can you call them from a different number or something?
