Unable to reactivate Droid X after activating iPhone 4

I recently received an old iPhone 4 from a friend. I activated the iPhone using *228 and everything worked fine. However, there were some hardware issues with the phone so now I'm trying to reactivate my old Droid X. I've tried to reactive several times using *228 but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Shut Both Phones Off Pull the Battery in the X hold power button in for 20 sec. then re-install the Battery power up your X an re try what you did again if you have trouble this time Call C.S. an have a C.S.R help you threw the Issue your Having.. b33
