HELP!! I recently had my BB replaced, and after multiple calls to CS was able to get email and the web working, however, in the old BB, I was able to click on the internet Icon, and the menu button and select "go to" and type in the URL of the website I wanted to go to. I am at my wits end trying to find the ability to just go to a website on this device. It takes me to blackberry app world.
I've hit the point of having a melt down in the nearest store...a mere 25 miles away.
