Wi-fi issues???

I recently got my Rhyme, I am having problems at work being able to get on to Facebook or search. But if I go in and manually diconnect the wi-fi then the 3G comes on and I am able to get online. Is this normal? What do I need to do to make it so I can work off wi-fi

I'm glad your device works on our network. Has your company recently changed the wi-fi password? Please retry to access your work's wifi. Your company may have changed their security on the network.
