nice phone. did a factory reset because I configured an app incorrectly and now missing software I had, IE backup assistant Plus. where can I get the original software that came with the phone when I first bought it?

What do you see that is missing?
Backup Assistant Plus is the Application I am looking for, There should be an Icon to access it, in the shortcuts,or in the available installs, but nothing there. So I am looking to see if anyone knows where I can get it from. I changed SD cards from a 16 gig to a 32 gig, Im thinking the applications could be on there. Will look later.

After the factory reset the app would have been deleted from the phone if it was saved on the phone's internal memory. I have the MAXX as well. When I search the Play Store for "Backup Assistant Plus" it says this application is not compatible with your phone?
Also getting "Error Code 500: The server failed to process your request" when using both the web application (via verizonwireless.com on a PC) as well as when the automatic backup tries to run daily on the phone.
Give this a Try.! Tap Menu To go to your Settings then Tap on Apps Up on the Top Bar you'll see Downloaded-->Internal Storage-->Running--> And All select it.. Scroll Up the page up to Back Up Assistant Plus and then Clear the Cache then the Data Then Tap Home Do a Soft Reset Re-Try What you was Trying to Do..
