Anyone who got the email saying they were sending out gift cards actually receive one yet?
Yup, got mine! I'll probably spend it on a car charger, since the one I ordered from eBay was a dud--fortunately, the seller refunded me.
The $25 Verizon Wireless gift cards were mailed to the address provided on the device order. You should receive your card within two weeks from the date you received the email.

First. I ordered my HTC incredible 06/20/2010. I have yet to receive an sort email about a gift card. Is Verizon just randomly picking people out of a hat or something?!
Also when can I expect my phone? I see people on the forums who say they have already gotten theirs. Now I know about the AMOLED shortage and I expected a delay. Verizon originally advertised the incredible would ship 7/15 when I first ordered my phone. But now I see on the site it wont ship till 8/9!!! Is that ship-date for new orders or does mine fall into that time slot for shipment?!

The 8/9 date is if you order today.
The gift card it seems may be for people who were given a date and teh delivery came after that date. It is not for everyone.
If you ordered your phone on the 20Jun then it is whatever date the Website showed on the Day you ordered Probably 7/16-7/20 based on what i have found out and when i ordered my phone on 24JUN i got a Est ship date of 7/22. so by my estimation on what i read on the forum titled "Droid Incredible Ship Date" you should get your phone this week or early next week
