Rezound ICS, web links return phone to home screen

Pressing saved bookmarks or even links within a website cause the phone to return to the home screen. An hour at the verizon store on the phone with tech support and still no answers. Replaced bookmarks, still having issue. Besides the Google Map issue, this is the one thing driving me nuts.

Hi carpetguy9769. I can see why the phone going back to your home screen is driving you nuts. It sounds like you took a great first step by trying to re-setup your bookmarks. Your browser may also just need the extra cache and cookies cleared. Browser > Menu > More > Settings. You'll need to scroll to and select each of the following: Clear all cookie data, Clear Cache, Clear History, and Clear Form Data. Then close out of your browser and pull the battery to reboot the phone. This will help to truly refresh your browser. I'm here if you need any more help.  ^JenniferH_VZW
