Hi, I started getting a message when playing words with friends stating my phone is slow, Can anyone tell me if there is a way you can reset phone to factory setting without deleting everything.
What you ask isn't possible.
it doesn't delete what's on the card. i had no apps on the card but pics & music stayed intact.
You could try delete the cache in recovery. That fixes a multitude of problems. :smileyhappy:
