Noob question here . how do you delete apps?

I long press, it lights up, then throw into "Remove". After I do that, I check if its deleted and it still shows up. Any help is appreciated.

That just deletes the app from your homescreen. You need to either a) open the app drawer and go into Settings->Applications->Manage Applications, select the app you want to remove and hit uninstall or b) go into the market, hit the menu button, choose downloads, find your application and hit uninstall

I use the app called ATrackDog. That uninstalls apps quickly.
