Im so frusterated

I cannot get my Razor to allow me to have access to my work email. I have tried to enter it as a personal account and a corporate account and I am just not getting anywhere... seriously ready to return the phone. I need to have constant access to my emails.

If you are trying to set up an Exchange account for your corporate, this support article on How do I set up or customize my exchange email settings might help. There are also good support files for other providers there.

contact your work IT and see if they even allow mobile email from their server

Bonnie Contact C.S. an ask a C.S.R to help you with this i'm sure they can help an they would hate to see you return it on a small Technical issue i Know it's frustrating because it should be simple to fix. I have run into similar issues with my Droids but please give them a call an ask if they can Narrow down a Solution for you or get it to Working.. Good Luck to to Ya... B33

I would love to help get your Razor set up with your work email! Are you able to create and set up a Gmail account on the phone? Do you have a personal email account set up on the phone? Are you able to send and receive messages? Are you having any issues connecting to the network? Please advise. I look forward to resolving your issue.

Sammmuel I would really appreciate some assistance. I have a gmail set up and my aol accout is set upno connection issues and i am receiving emails on those accounts.
