I cannot receive phone calls or text messaging from a T-Mobile customer.

This person gets all my text messages and phone calls but I cannot accept any from him..

Is there anything I can do? Or is there something going on on his end?

Can other T-mobile customers call and message you? Did you bring your number over from T-mobile? It could be his line, or it could be that T-mobile's routing is wrong due to your number previously being on their network.
