manage applications - force close

process com.android.settings has stopped unexpectedly...force close.

 

i get this msg everytime i try and go into my "manage applications" before it fully loads up the app list.

 

anyone know of any other way to unistall a app? or a possible fix for this problem? also if i did a factory reset would i lose all my apps and settings?

If you'll do a search here on the forums or even a google search, you'll likely find a solution for that. You can try download atrackdog from the market. Then uninstall apps using that.
