Visual Voice mail / Voce mail Problems Razr Maxx Help !!!

I am stuck between visual voice mail and regular voice mail when
I press the voice mail icon it brings up a screen for visual voice mail and ask
for password, but when I put in my password it says it is invalid please change
or dial *86 and when I do *86 it works fine. I just want to go back to being
able to press my voice mail icon and it dials * 86 I have looked and even call Verizon
tech support to try to uninstall the visual voice mail but there is no option.
It is like visual voice mail is half way install and cannot be uninstalled? Has
anyone had this happened?

Bkuczyns, I would like to help resolve your voicemail issue. Have you completely removed the Visual Voicemail feature from your account? Please try clearing cache/data from the application by going to Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>All>Visual Voicemail>Force Stop/Clear data/cache. Then attempt to access your voicemail again to see if it gives you the option to access Visual Voicemail or regular voicemail.
