Ok so here's the deal: The phone get's "throttled" every 24 hour's or so. This time it happened at 16 hours uptime. Software has nothing to do with the issue or at lest Software I can remove. ( 3rd party app's are not the issue)
I on my 2nd phone, 2nd sim and now my 2nd ticket. Still I have this issue. I am uploading a video with a vs to show how bad this is. ( It's not the best video and I will try and make a better one if needed.)
Are there any advanced settings that I should know about to try and fix this? I tryed CDMA/LTE mode, airplane on/off, data enabled, wifi on/off, safe mode and more.
The only "fix" to reboot in a good signal area. (3-5 bars or 86dbm or less).

My past data use is like this:
30GB,89GB,57GB,37GB and now 7.5GB.
I have all ways had data issues with this phone, but I did not have this issue intill February.
I have been on the phone with tech about 10 times with 3 of them being "advanced".
I really just want the 4G to work right and now see why they removed the most reliable part off there site.
Edit: One more note: It was fine intill I hit 7.5GB and used a fair amount of data today.( This is why I think I may being throttled)
Update: still having some issue's not like before, but still a pain. I am thinking of replacing the phone my self, becuase verizon won't and I don't want to call 10 more times for a 3rd bad "new" phone. I think a galaxy s3 would be a good idea, yes or no? What should I do.
Thanks
