how do i see calls from previous months even after i deleted the call history from my phone?

You can log into your MyVerizon account and view the usage or bill details for the call log.

Hi Shinay! I can help with your request. Please follow the instructions below:

1. Sign in to My Verizon.

2. Locate the I Want To... section.

3. Under the BILL column click View Usage. The My Current Usage page displays.

4. If appropriate, Select A Line to view usage for a different line.

The "I Want To" section is on the right of the MyBill section which is under My Verizon on the home page.

How would I get a call history older then one year ago. I would be willing to pay for the retrieval.
