how to change caller id name
You can log into your my vzw account, its in there somewhere.. sorry not more helpful but i know its in there i did it a week ago, took about 25 mins to find it

Samireaabed,The best way to change the caller id name is by following these steps:1 Sign into My Verizon. 2 Select Device under I Want To. 3 Select Share Name ID under Manage My Device. 4 Select the name to use or customize your name (up to 15 characters). 5 Click Submit. 6 Confirm Share Name ID by selecting OK. Did what Verizon Wireless Customer Support said and I changed it from WIRELESS CALLER to my name. Don't know how they got the name Lawrence in there when my correct name is Larry ?? Will have to wait and see if the Share Name ID is corrected.
