My phones screen kept going black whenever I tries to use it so I went to the Verizon store to see if they could fix it. The guy did a hard reset and said everything would be fine, but all of my contacts and games are now gone. I got my contacts back but how do I get my games back. I had paid for several of them and would like to still have them.
