OK, my boss and I both have the identical BB Tour with identical plans and we are here in Korea. Why does his work and mine does not? (Unfortunately he is not with me at the moment so I can't look at his settings.) Any suggestions?
Never mind -- please ignore the previous post. I figured it out and now my phone works while in Korea.
