What is the best way for free, to transfer pics off my phone to a file in my computer? I have the phone plugged into the computer now. Thanks
Pull down the notification bar on the phone and select the USB connection. Pick mount as disk drive. The computer will load the drivers and you will see two external drives in the file explorer on the computer. One for the internal storage space and one for the external SD card. Look for the DCIM folder in both drives to locate the pictures taken by the phone camera.
