A factory reset DOES NOT fix the problem. People are having issues from their phones freezing, rebooting(count me in that one) or contact images not showing up in stock message app(count three of our DINC2 phones for this one).
How long must we wait for a fix? When I try to call about the issues, support acts like I am the only one having the problem - DON'T YOU READ YOUR OWN FORUMS?
Please, please fix the problems!
