Hi I need assistance. My razr maxx has the worst service I have ever seen. I use to not have any problems with it however since the last update and over the last month it has become dreadful. No phone calls, no texts for hours and then all of a sudden i have 5 VM and 15 texts. Is there something going on with the system?

Hi cutiecarrieann! I'm here to assist you! I don't like to hear of any problems with your device, so let's get to the bottom of this and figure it out! You mentioned you are missing calls and texts, but then all of a sudden you are notified of voice mails and messages all at the same time. I'd like to ask if you keep your phone powered on most of the time? It's a good idea to power off/on once a day or two in order for the phone to keep a good connection with the network. No need to leave it off for any long period of time, just  quick power cycle is good. Also, please complete a soft reset of the phone http://bit.ly/RiWheZ No worries, you won't lose any data with this reset. Once this is completed, please monitor the device and keep us posted with the results.^CB
