got locked out of my phone and dont know which gmail account i used or password so i need to know how to find out which gmail account is attached to my phone to figure out the password

nobody knows but you.
Sign in to all google accounts and go to play store on PC and then from there look which account show your device name in the paired list. Then you can unlock it.
