I have two Pantech phones on my account one is a Crux and the other is a Hotshot. Both of these phones are unable to receive any text messages. We contacted Verizon and went through all of the trouble shooting and even reset the phone (crux). Tech support ended up sending a replacement device which was received today and the issue is still not resolved. I find it a little ironic that the issue is just with the Pantech device. Please help!
