phone froze up and took battery out. will not come back on? help
Well all i can say on that ..you Just Voided the Warranty! Pays to Read the Manual or the Suggestions on this Forum as it Definitely States opening the Case will do that.. Sorry!
Jwsharp, help is here! Let’s get to the bottom of this and get the phone up and running.Are you still unable to turn the phone on? Is the phone fully charged? Try turning on while plugged to the charger. What were you doing on the phone before it froze? As B33 mentioned, this phone has a non removable battery and by removing the battery you have voided the warranty. If the phone did not turn on after reinserting the battery I suggest trying a soft reset http://bit.ly/tb2reb. If this doesn’t work take the phone into a VZW store for a hands on evaluation.
