Corporate Calendar stuck on screen

Please help a newbie,  I made the mistake of touching the Corporate Calendar on my menu of apps and now it is stuck on screen, and I can't get it off of the screen, nor find how to delete it.  When I go into manage apps to delete it, it is not there.  Your assistance would be most appreciated.

To remove it from your screen, long press the icon and drag down to the red trash bin at the bottom. You can't actually delete it from your phone though.
