Google Market never updated to Google Play?

I know that recently Google changed their Market to Google Play, and I got a text saying it would update on my phone, but it never updated my Marketplace to Google Play. Anyone know why my phone isn't updating this, and what I can do? Answers are appreciated, thanks!

try going into your settings and manage applications. find the android marketplace and see if you have an option to update it. look for "android marketplace" or "google play store." also, if you find the marketplace in your apps (inside of settings) but there is no update option, then try clearing the cache.

It's saying it's Marketplace version 3.4.4, and nothing happened when I cleared the Market's Cache.
