not sending or receiving pictures

Can anyone help with why my phone will not send or receive pictures? its sending messages fine. I do sometimes not get messages, but that has not happened in a while. thank you

You Could try this as a method of Clearing an see if it Helps before Sending your Messages..

1. Launch the Web Browser.
2. Select Menu.
   
3. Select More.
   
4. Select Settings.
   

Clear all

Clear cache

Clear history

Clear all cookie data Clear all Clearing all deletes history, cache, cookies, form data and passwords.

1. From the Privacy settings section, select Clear all.
   
2. Select OK.
   

Top Clear cache

1. From the Privacy settings section, select Clear cache.
