when i go to set up wizard then i go to set up email accounts
then i go to select email account type to internet mail account i press on it and it goes back to set up wizard. can someone help me please

It sounds like the data service are working, however I do suggest registering the host routing table first, then trying to re-add the email account to the device. You can find all the steps here: http://bit.ly/IVnb9D. This will also help you, @Wolfman72, since you don't have the icon to establish email accounts. Its likely you are missing more data icons as well, so I recommend following the same link, http://bit.ly/IVnb9D. Once the page loads, click the 'Perform a Register Now', then after that is complete the icons should begin to reappear. Of course, perform the over-the-air activation, if necessary, also. My curve 9330 upgraded yesterday. Email accounts are no longer activated and will not reactivate. I have followed the instructions provided at http://bit.ly/lvnb9D and those listed in another reply but my phone does not have a SIM card so that workaround would not work. Please provide a workaround for the Curve 9330
I know how important it is to have e-mail available on your smartphone! Did your e-mail accounts become inactive after the software update?
