android system doesnt have anything in the storage. No data no cache nothing for the application. This can't be normal is it?
how do I get it back?
settings/phone/updates, check for updates, if up-to-date, no problem.

your question is a little vague.
I did a factory restore, and checked for updates.
When I try to add my pictures or music back on the SD card it is there until I restart the phone. I think I got the picture problem fixed but the music folders dissapears after restarting.
I also have Back up Assistant Plus and it will not backup.
I receive a message "GulException detected abnormal situation Code_err_card_not_inserted/null"
It is a new 32G SD card so I tried the original 16G SD card and get the same message
