HELP! when i try to install drivers in my verizon thunderbolt, htc recognizes the phone as a t-mobile sense! therefore, i am unable to install said drivers. PLEASE HELP!!

I am here to help. Are you trying to transfer media files from or to your computer? If so, no need to manually install drivers. I am including instructions for transferring music files, however you would follow the same instructions transferring picture files as well.
