RILD is killing my battery

I have enjoyed great battery life for weeks since I started keeping 4g turned off. I was getting 16 hours on a charge easily.

The last few days a process called RILD has eaten more of my battery than any other ap including the display and OS (twice as much as these by %).

Was there an update or something that I need to know about?

Hi Rhaze,

   I know that the RILD process has something to do with controlling the radio on your android device, My advice would be to make sure your contacts are backed up and do a factory restore on the device. Are there any reception boosting apps loaded on the device? If so then restoring after a master reset may cause the issue to re-occur.
