Unable to make calls/send texts

Since I left work at 4:30, I have been having issues with my phone. I was on the phone and the call was dropped 3 times.  The last time was at 5:30 and since then, I have been unable to make or receive calls, and send texts.  I received 1 text since then.  Any suggestions? I am pretty fed up with this phone right now.

Dropping calls can be frustrating, meflound! I will do all I can to alleviate this situation. Have you ever had problems making calls in the area before? Are you still having problems with your device? Try calling *228 and select option 1. Let me know if this improves your signal.
