So a few weeks ago, my phone just stopped letting me access email. When I click on the email icon, it gives me a screen to set up a new email account. If I try to input one of my accounts, it gives me an error message that the account is already on the phone. So I went into the settings / sync, tried removing an account. It indeed removed the account from any showing area on the phone, but when I try to then re-add the account as if it were new, I get the same error message--already set up on phone. I can access one of my gmail accounts (the one for the phone account) through the gmail icon only, but none of my other accounts. I've tried lots of scenarios that include removing sim card, battery, etc. I tried calling support, but they said they couldn't think of anything else to try. Is there any way to get access to the accounts already set up on the phone? What gives? Am I stuck with a smart phone that won't let me access my email?
