I've had my Samsung Rouge for a little over 2 years now, the screen has been splitting up and repositing itself into wacky places. I also have a bloated battery and went to my local Verizon store to check it out. They claim I have water damage, but I have never gotten my phone wet. I can't hold a charge for more than 4 hours, and our local store won't do anything to help, saying I voided the contract. This is concerning and makes me wonder if I really want my family to enter another contract. The customer service I've gotten is terrible.
