Syncing Email

Why is it if I delete an email from my Yahoo account, the email is deleted from both the phone and my Yahoo account online?  However, if I delete an email from my Yahoo account online, it does not delete from my phone?  How do I get my email to sync both ways??

Good morning JoeATL! May I ask are you using an email app to check your Yahoo! email? If so then there may be a setting to change the feature that you are inquiring about. ^AH
