all of a sudden my phone unmounted my SD card and when i took it off and put it back on it actually took away my phone service and i had to reset my whole phone.
i've had to reset it 3 times and it still doesn't work.
help?

ok im having same issue and i can't seem to backup my sd card and I refuse to lose everything on the card what should i do and is this a phone thing?
Hi Kcurry35!Oh no! Have you tried using a SD Card Reader to move the items from the card to the computer. The Card Reader plugs into the USB port on the computer. The SD Card is removed from the phone and then placed into the Reader. If the device is not recognizing the card, then a factory would need to be performed on the device. Thanks,Pamelaf_vzw
